Our service call fee is $85. It is waived when you choose to have us perform the repair. You will receive an estimate before any repair work begins, and no work is done without your approval.
Repairs are backed by a 1- or 2-year warranty, depending on the repair. Ask your technician for the warranty terms that apply to your repair. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or work done by others.
We use genuine OEM parts whenever they are available. Some parts may need to be ordered, which can require a second visit.
Our responsibility for any service is limited to the amount paid for that service, to the extent permitted by law.
